摘　　要：目的探讨心脑血管疾病医疗信息平台对提升院前院内一体化救治的效果。方法2017年1—12月本研究开发心脑血管疾病医疗信息平台并将其应用于心脑血管疾病患者院前救治中。结果实施后急诊接诊时间、指派急救站时间、医护人员到达现场时间、现场辅助检查时间、送院时间、急诊室等候时间均短于实施前(P<0.05);实施后患者救治成功率、满意率均高于实施前(P<0.05);意外事件发生率、医疗纠纷发生率、投诉率低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论心脑血管疾病医疗信息平台的建立可缩短心血管疾病患者救治时间,降低急诊不良事件,提高抢救效果,进而提高患者救治满意率。Objective To explore the effect of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease medical information platform in improving the integrated treatment before and after hospitalization.Methods To develop medical information platform for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and pre-hospital treatment of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases from January to December 2017 as a study purpose.Results After the implementation,the time of emergency consultation,the time of assigning emergency station,the time of arrival of medical staff,the time of on-site auxiliary examination,the time of escort,and the waiting time of emergency room were all shorter than before implementation(P<0.05).The success rate of treatment and the satisfaction rate of patients after implementation was higher than those before implementation(P<0.05),the incidence of accidents,the incidence of medical disputes,and the complaint rate were lower than those of before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of medical information platform for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases could shorten the treatment time of patients with cardiovascular disease,reduce emergency adverse events,improve the rescue effect,and improve the satisfaction rate of patients.
