摘　　要：目的探讨NICU新生儿输注高危药品实施集束化护理干预的效果。方法选取我院NICU 2016年3月至2018年3月收治的新生儿200例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患儿在输注高危药品时采用常规护理,观察组采用集束化护理干预。比较两组不良事件及护理差错发生率。结果观察组患儿在输注高危药品时不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组摆药错误、剂量配置错误、输注速度错误、医嘱处理错误、输注部位错误发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对NICU患儿输注高危药品实施集束化护理干预能有效减少护理差错,降低输液不良事件的发生率。Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention under injection of high-risk drugs in children with NICU.Methods We selected 200 cases of neonates from March 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital as a study object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Neonates of the control group were received routine nursing when high-risk drugs were injected.The observation group was used cluster nursing intervention.The incidence of adverse events and nursing errors was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that of the control group when the high-risk drugs were infused(P<0.05).The error of putting medicine,the error of dose configuration,the error of infusion rate,the error of doctor's treatment,and the error rate of infusion site were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of cluster nursing intervention under injection of high-risk drugs in children with NICU could effectively reduce nursing errors and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
