摘  要:通过分析滑移状态下摩擦副的受力情况与润滑状态,考虑热效应的影响,建立了摩擦副的热弹流润滑模型;采用数值模拟方法计算了接触区域的油膜压力分布与温度分布,最后探究了滑移率、速比、转矩等工况参数对油膜特性的影响规律.结果表明:随着滑移率的增加,油膜压力平缓下降,但是油膜温度却大幅度上升;随着速比的增加,油膜温度变化不大,但颈缩处的压力极值迅速增大;随着传递转矩的增加,油膜压力与油膜温度均会增大.By analyzing the force condition and lubrication state of the friction pair during slip state,considering the influence of thermal effect,the thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication(THEL)model of friction pair is established;the oil film pressure and temperature are calculated by numerical simulation method,and the influence of metal belt slip ratio,transfer torque and speed ratio on the oil film properties is analyzed.The results show that,with the increase of slip ratio,the oil film pressure drops slowly,but the oil film temperature increases greatly;with the increase of speed ratio,the oil film temperature changes little,but the extreme pressure in the necking area increases rapidly;with the increase of the transfer torque,the oil film pressure and the oil film temperature will increase.
