摘　　要：以GPRS数据传输为基础设计一种监控系统,将肉产品屠宰、加工过程数据传输至监控中心。该系统建立了全自动化的肉产品加工监控管理信息系统,能够对加工全过程进行遥控、遥调、遥测,并将数据在监控中心显示。该系统适用于肉产品加工实时在线动态的监控和控制。This paper designs a monitoring system based on GPRS data transmission,which transfers meat products slaughtering and processing data to the monitoring center.The system establishes an automatic monitoring and management information system for meat products processing,which is suitable for real-time on-line dynamic monitoring and control of meat products processing.It can complete the functions of remote control,remote adjustment and remote measurement of the whole process,and display the data in the monitoring center.
