新时期新型警民关系初探——以社会心理学为视角

摘　　要：我国社会已经进入快速发展的转型期,同时也伴随着某些社会矛盾的出现,新旧社会矛盾交织在一起,影响着我们社会的稳定与和谐。作为政府体系中与群众互动最为密切的警察群体,由于具有广泛的参与性,而最易使我们的警察处于各级矛盾的焦点。新时期和谐警民关系遇到了前所未有的挑战,迫切需要构建新型的警民关系,我们可以通过对和谐警民的解读,从社会心理学视角分析警民关系中存在的不和谐因素,并对如何构建新型的警民关系做出思考。The society of our country has entered the transition period of rapid development,at the same time,accompanied by the emergence of some social contradictions,the old social contradictions and the new social contradictions intertwined,affecting the stability and harmony of our society.As the police group which has the closest interaction with the masses in the government system,because of its wide participation,it is easy for our police to be in the focus of contradictions at all levels.In the new period,the harmonious police-civilian relationship is confronted with unprecedented challenges,and it is urgent to construct a new type of police-civilian relationship.From the perspective of social psychology,we can analyze the disharmonious factors existing in the police-civilian relationship through the interpretation of the harmonious police-civilian relationship,and make some reflections on how to construct the harmonious new-type police-civilian relationship.
