论德法兼修目标下的法学专业课堂教学改革

摘　　要：德法兼修是新时期法学教育的目标,应当在这一目标的指引下积极探索法学专业的课堂教学改革。目前法学专业的课堂教学存在教学内容定位不清,教学手段不够丰富,对教学艺术重视不足等问题,法学专业课堂教学改革应当坚持立德树人、理论与实践并重、教与学并重,综合运用多种教学手段,提升教学魅力,提高教学效果。We should take measures to reform the classroom teaching of law major under the aim of legal education in the new era,which is the combination of moral and law.At present,there are some problems in the classroom teaching of law major,such as unclear orientation of teaching content,insufficient teaching methods and poor attention to teaching art.The reform of classroom teaching of law majors should adhere to the principles of cultivating morality,attaching equal importance to theory and practice,teaching and learning.In order to enhance the charm of teaching and improve the teaching effect,various teaching methods should be applied in law teaching.
