摘  要:先进非能动压水堆(1 000 MW advanced passive pressurized water reactor,AP1000)核电技术路线引入非能动安全系统的设计理念,简化了安全系统配置,对交流电源无安全级相关要求,厂用电接线更加简单,但厂外备用电源系统的高标准配置,导致电网配套的输变电容量、设备投资、运维成本的大幅增加。通过对法规标准、运行规程、功能需求、切换响应等方面的深入研究,从机组安全性、可用率、技术经济比选,最终得出示范项目的配置方案在技术经济上是合理的。建议根据核电厂对厂外备用电源的实际容量需求,合理申请配套输电线路容量,以减少工程投资。The passive safety conception is used in AP1000 nuclear power technical routing and the safey system is more simple than before.Because no safety relative requirement to electric power system,the electric wiring diagram is simplified.But being high standard equipped with off-site stand-by power,so the capacity of trandmission,the investment of equipment,the cost of operation and maintainance is very high.Through the research in law and standards,operation rules,function requirement and switch-over responding,comparing with the safety,availability and the economic value,in the end the result is shown that the project of AP1000 model plant is reasonable in the economic value.At the meanwhile,in order to reduce the project investment,the article give the advise to apply the reasonable capacity of transmission lines according the real need of the nuclear power plant.
