摘　　要：马蹄内翻足是一种复杂的足踝畸形,主要表现为踝关节跖屈、后足内翻,严重的合并有前足内收及足弓增高,儿童先天性马蹄内翻足由于Ponseti方法早期治疗多数可以获得良好的疗效。成年人马蹄内翻足主要表现为严重的软组织挛缩和骨关节畸形,治疗较为困难。目前治疗成年人马蹄内翻足的方法有很多,但最佳治疗策略尚未统一,本文通过阅读近年来国内外相关文献,就各种原因导致的成年人马蹄内翻足的治疗现状作综述。Horseshoe varus foot is a complex malformation of ankle and foot,which is mainly characterized by metatarsal flexion of ankle joint and varus of hind foot.Severe complications include adduction of forefoot and elevation of arch of foot.The early treatment of congenital clubfoot in children with Ponseti method can obtain good results.The main manifestation of adult talipes equinovarus is severe soft tissue contracture.It is difficult to treat contraction and joint deformity.There are many methods to treat adult clubfoot at present,but the best treatment strategy has not yet been unified.This article is based on the recent reading.This article reviews the treatment of adult clubfoot caused by various causes in the past few years.
