摘 要:目的探讨多学科诊疗模式(MDT)在ICU教学模式改革中的应用效果。方法选取本院2018年1月-2018年8月重症医学专业住院医师规范化培训学员200人,随机分为传统教学组和MDT理念教学组,每组各100人,传统教学组给予临床操作技能实践,MDT理念教学组在传统教学组的基础上进行MDT多学科训练,对比两组学员临床专业技能考核成绩。结果MDT理念教学组考核总成绩以及理论考试、体格检查、诊疗操作、病历质量、服务质量成绩均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MDT理念教学组对于教学能够促进学习兴趣、提高临床应变能力、加强医患沟通能力评分高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MDT理念教学组教学满意度以及自我满意度评分高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MDT诊疗模式应用于ICU教学中,可显著提高学员考核成绩,提高学员对教学模式满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of multiple disciplinary team(MDT)in the reform of ICU teaching mode.Methods 200 trainees of standardized resident training for intensive care unit specialty in the hospital from January 2018 to August 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into the traditional teaching group and the MDT concept teaching group.There were 100 cases in each group.The traditional teaching group was given the practice of clinical operation skills.The MDT concept teaching group was carried out MDT multidisciplinary training on the basis of traditional teaching group.Compare the professional assessment results of clinical professional skills between the two groups.Results The total score of MDT concept teaching group was higher than that of traditional teaching group in terms of total score,theoretical examination,physical examination,operation of diagnosis and treatment,quality of medical records and service quality.The difference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).The MDT concept teaching group scored higher than the traditional teaching group in terms of promoting learning interest,improving clinical response ability and strengthening doctorpatient communication ability.The diference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction and self-satisfaction scores of the MDT concept teaching group were higher than those of traditional teaching group. The diference was statistically signifcant (P < 0.05). ConclusionThe application of MDT diagnosis and treatment model in ICU teachingcan signifcantly improve the students' assessment results and improve theirsatisfaction with the teaching model.
