PDCA循环在手术室仪器设备管理中的运用分析

摘　　要：目的分析PDCA循环在手术室仪器设备管理中的运行效果。方法选取本院2017年5月-2018年5月300例腹腔镜手术系统,分析使用运行情况,通过随机数字表法分为观察组(n=150)和对照组(n=150)。对照组为常规管理方法,观察组为PDCA循环管理,对比两组仪器设备运行后的管理效果。结果观察组仪器设备通过PDCA循环管理后,实际的运行效果和对照组比较更好,两组之间存在的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用PDCA循环给予手术室仪器设备的积极管理,能保证手术室仪器设备的质量,能为手术的顺利实施提供保障。Objective To analyze the operation effect of PDCA cycle in instrument and equipment management in operating room.Methods 300 cases of laparoscopic surgery system in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected to analyze the operation conditions,and were divided into the observation group(n=150)and the control group(n=150)by random number table method.The control group was the conventional management method,and the observation group was PDCA cycle management.Compare the management efects of two sets of instruments after operation.Results After PDCA cycle management,the actual operation effect of instruments in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the diference between the two groups was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion The active management of the operating room equipment by using the PDCA cycle can ensure the quality of the operating room equipment and provide a guarantee for the smooth implementation of the operation.
