摘　　要：目的探讨取消新鲜胚胎移植后冷冻胚胎移植时机选择及其对妊娠结局的影响。方法本次研究对象为本院在2017年5月-2018年12月的700名取消鲜胚移植后行冷冻胚胎移植(FET)的患者,按照冷冻胚胎移植时机的不同,分为对照组与研究组,对照组为取卵后第二次月经周期行FET,共182名患者;研究组为取卵后第三次或第三次之后的月经周期行FET,共518名患者,对比评估患者的临床效果和观察指标,如:子宫内膜厚度、移植胚胎数、胚胎复苏率、胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率、流产率。结果两组间的患者年龄、子宫内膜厚度、移植胚胎数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);胚胎复苏率、胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率、流产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论取消新鲜胚胎移植后冷冻胚胎移植时机选择,对其妊娠结局影响较小,无需选定特定时间进行胚胎移植。Objective To explore the time of frozen embryo transfer after abolishing fresh embryo transfer and its effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods The subjects of this study were 700 patients who underwent frozen embryo transfer after abolishing fresh embryo transfer in the hospital from May 2017 to December 2018.According to the timing of frozen embryo transfer(FET),they were divided into the control group and the research group.The control group was received FET in the second menstrual cycle after taking eggs,and it has 182 patients,the study group was received FET after the third or third time menstrual cycle after taking eggs,and it has 518 patients.Compare and evaluate the clinical efect and the observation indexes of the patients such as endometrial thickness,number of embryos transferred,embryo resuscitation rate,embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate.Results There was no significant diference in age,endometrial thickness and number of embryos transferred between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no signifcant diference in embryo resuscitation rate,embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate(P>0.05).Conclusion The timing selection of frozen embryo transfer after abolishing fresh embryo transfer has less impact on pregnancy outcomes,and no specifc time for embryo transfer is needed.
