护理宣教与随访教育对高脂血症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的观察和分析护理宣教联合随访教育对体检人群高脂血症患者的影响。方法选取2017年9月-2018年9月本院收治的260例高脂血症患者为研究对象,根据患者来院顺序,将其分为常规组(130例)和护理组(130例)。常规组采取常规护理方式,护理组采取护理宣教联合随访教育,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果与常规组比较,护理组患者的TC、TG和LDL-C等血脂水平明显较低,且护理组患者的饮食达标情况和运动达标情况明显较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在体检时采取护理宣教联合随访教育对于高脂血症患者有着重要作用,能够有效改善患者的血脂水平情况,并提高患者的遵医行为,帮助患者养成良好的饮食、生活习惯。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of combined follow-up education of nursing and education on patients with hyperlipidemia in physical examination.Methods A total of 260 patients with hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled.According to the order of patients,they were divided into the routine group(130 cases)and the nursing group(130 cases).The routine group was taken the routine nursing method,and the nursing group was taken the nursing and education joint followup education to compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the routine group,the blood lipid levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the nursing group were signifcantly lower,and the dietary compliance and exercise compliance of the nursing group were signifcantly better,the diference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined follow-up education of nursing and education during physical examination plays an important role in patients with hyperlipidemia in the physical examination group.It can efectively improve the blood lipid level of patients,improve the patient's compliance behavior,and help patients develop good diet and living habits.
