泌尿结石的饮食危险因素与护理干预研究

摘　　要：目的 研究泌尿系统结石患者的饮食危险因素调查与护理干预策略。方法 应用数字随机法,抽取本院2017年1月-2018年6月收治的100例泌尿系统结石患者作为本次研究的对象,将其记为研究组,另选取在本院体检的100名健康的正常人为常规组。结果 两组患者吸烟情况比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),研究组患者饮酒比例显著高于常规组,P <0.05,两组比较差异有统计学意义;研究组患者每日饮水量<500mL的比例显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时饮水量为500~2 000 mL、2 000~4 000 mL、> 4 000mL的比例显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 饮水量较低、饮酒均是引发泌尿系统结石的危险因素,针对该类患者积极采取有效治疗及配合针对性的护理服务,尤为重要。Objective To study the dietary risk factors and nursing intervention strategies of patients with urinary calculi.Methods 100 patients with urinary calculi admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were recorded in the study group,and 100 healthy persons who underwent physical examination in the hospital were selected as the routine group.Results There was no significant difference in smoking between the two groups,the diference was not statistically signifcant(P>0.05).The proportion of drinking alcohol in the study group was signifcantly higher than that in the conventional group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The proportion of drinking less than 500 mL per day in the study group was signifcantly higher than that in the conventional group,the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the amount of drinking water 500~2 000 mL,2 000~4 000 mL,more than 4 000 mL was signifcantly lower than that of routine group,the diference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low drinking water and drinking alcohol are risk factors for urinary calculi.It is especially important to actively treat these patients with efective treatment and targeted nursing services.
