医护一体化干预在子痫前期剖宫产术中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化干预模式用于子痫前期剖宫产术护理的价值。方法选取2016年7月-2017年12月本院收集的140例接受剖宫产的子痫前期妊娠者为研究对象,依据护理模式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各70例。观察组采用医护一体化干预模式,对照组采用常规护理模式。比较两组的依从性、疾病不确定感、健康知识掌握程度、切口渗血、切口愈合、切口感染及并发症情况。结果干预前两组的依从性、疾病不确定感、健康知识掌握程度评分等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组上述指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组切口渗血率、切口甲级愈合率、切口感染率、并发症发生率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化干预模式用于子痫前期剖宫产术护理有助于增强患者的依从性,减少疾病不确定感,提高健康知识掌握程度,促进切口愈合,减少并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the value of integrated medical care intervention mode in preeclampsia cesarean section nursing.Methonds 140 preeclampsia pregnant women who received cesarean section in the hospital from July 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to diferent nursing modes,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 70 cases in each group.The observation group was adopted the integrated medical care intervention mode while the control group was adopted the routine nursing mode.Compliance,disease uncertainty,mastery of health knowledge,incision bleeding,incision healing,incision infection and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically signifcant diference in compliance score,disease uncertainty and mastery rate of health knowledge between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).The incision bleeding rate,incision grade A healing rate,incision infection rate and complication rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated medical care intervention mode in cesarean section nursing for preeclampsia is helpful to enhance patient compliance,reduce the uncertainty of disease,improve the mastery of health knowledge,promote wound healing,reduce the incidence of complications.
