斜巷轨道视频联动监测系统应用研究

摘　　要：平煤股份八矿己五斜巷轨道针对日常提升任务繁重,运输距离长,绞车司机存在视觉盲区、无法实时了解巷道车辆运行状态及巷道情况的问题,将先进的视频监控技术、语音通信技术、可编程控制技术,与斜巷绞车系统相结合,设计安装了斜巷轨道视频联动监测系统。实现了视频跟随绞车运行轨迹对斜巷轨道进行实时监测,使绞车司机在绞车房通过计算机直观了解矿车在斜巷内运行情况,保障运输安全,提高了绞车运行效率。The track of the five-slope lane of Pingmei Coal Mine No. 8 Mine is heavy for daily lifting tasks, and the transportation distance is long. and winch driver has blind vision area and can not understand the running state of roadway vehicle and roadway situation in real time. It adopts advanced video surveillance technology, voice communication technology, programmable control technology, collecting track control data along the line and the inclined lane winch system, designed and installed the oblique lane track video linkage monitoring system. It realizes the real-time monitoring of inclined lane track by video following the winch’s trajectory, makes the winch driver understand the operation of the mine car in the inclined lane intuitively through the computer in the winch room, protects the intrinsic safety of transportation, improves the operation efficiency of the winch.
