摘　　要：本文针对柔性模块族设计、拓展及优化等问题,分析了柔性模块化的设计特点及事物特性表的原理功能,提出了基于事物特性表的柔性模块建模步骤与方法:功能模块分析、拓扑结构分析、模块配置分析和模块参数分析。最后,以单柱C型液压机机身柔性模块建模分析为例,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性,为快速变型设计提供了支撑。In order to solve the problem of design extension and optimization of flexible module family in complex product design,this paper analyzed the design features of flexible modularity and the function of transaction character?istic table.The modeling steps and methods of flexible modules based on the transaction characteristic table are pro?posed:functional module analysis,topological structure analysis,module configuration analysis and module parameter analysis.Finally,the validity and feasibility of the method are verified by the example of flexible module modeling and analysis of single-column C-type hydraulic press frame,which provides support for rapid variant design.
