摘 要:冲击式水轮机具有工作水头高、压力管道内流速大等特点,因此,流量测量难度较大,而热力学法测量水轮机的效率具有精度高、不需要测量机组流量等优点。目前,国内热力学法测效率试验主要应用于高水头的水泵水轮机上。本文结合国外某大型冲击式水轮机热力学测效率试验的方法、测试装置及流程进行详细介绍和分析,并就其中存在的问题进行了深入探讨。Pelton turbines have such characteristic as the working head and flow velocity in the penstock are very high,thus it is difficult to measure the discharge passing the turbine.However,it is not necessary to measure the dis?charge and has a high precision for thermodynamic method to measure the efficiency,which has a relatively small amount of work.Recently,such method is mainly applied to pump-turbines with high head.This paper introduced and analyzed the method,measured device and measured process in detail combined with a foreign hydropower sta?tion and discussed deeply the existing problems.
