摘　　要：本文首先分析水文要素变化的特性,然后探讨做好汛期水文测报工作的措施,最后进行水文测报误差分析及合理性检查,以使基层测站准确及时地报送水文信息,做好汛期水文测报工作,为防汛减灾的指挥调度、安全度汛提供决策支撑。This paper first analysed the characteristics of the changes of hydrological elements,then discussed the measures to do well the hydrological survey and forecast work in flood season,and finally carried out the error analy?sis and rationality check of the hydrological survey and forecast,in order to make the grass-roots stations report water information accurately and timely,do a good job of hydrological forecast in flood season,and provide decision support for command and dispatch of flood control and disaster reduction and safe flood season.
