摘 要:丛生竹采伐机械化水平低制约了竹产业的发展,也浪费了资源。从丛生竹采伐机械化需求入手,重点针对砍伐、剔枝、打捆、转运和竹根挖掘等环节分析丛生竹采伐机械化技术现状。根据实测人工采伐耗时数据提出丛生竹采伐装备研发重点为剔枝和转运环节。提出了目前开展相关研发工作的原则,探讨了从竹品种改造、道路条件改善、竹林地貌整治、农机动力上山等多方面入手,以大功率、高效率、多功能作业为目标,努力做到应采尽采是未来丛生竹采伐机械化的发展趋势。Low mechanization of clumping bamboo deforestation limited development of bamboo industry,and wasted bamboo resource.Aimed at mainly procedures of bamboo stem cutting,twig cutting,bundling,transporting,and bamboo root digging,present situation of mechanization technology of clumping bamboo deforestation is analyzed begin with mechanization demand.According to experimental data of time for artificial clumping bamboo cutting,twig cutting and transporting are proposed as R&D focuses of mechanization of clumping bamboo deforestation.Working principles for R&D are put forward.Future trends for mechanization of clumping bamboo deforestation such as bigger power,higher efficiency,and multi-function operation are also discussed depend on some conditions are fulfilled like modification of bamboo varieties,improvement of road conditions and of bamboo forest landform,and power machinery can climbed on mountain.
