溶剂对砂型强度的影响

摘　　要：分析了涂料中常用的无毒性或低毒性载液——乙醇、异丙醇、自来水、石油醚、松节油、汽油、四氯化碳,研究结果表明,乙醇、异丙醇、自来水和石油醚对泡沫塑料无影响,可用来作为转移涂料的载液;石油醚、松节油、四氯化碳和汽油四种溶剂在型砂造型好后,溶剂迁移对型砂固化后强度影响小。the non-toxic or low toxic substances commonly used in Carrier liquid,as ethanol,isopropanol,tap water,petroleum ether,turpentine,gasoline and carbon tetrachloride have been analyzed.The results show that ethanol,isopropanol,tap water and petroleum ether have no effect on the foam plastics,and can be used as the carrier liquid of the transfer coatings;after the molding of the molding sand,the four solvents of petroleum ether,turpentine,carbon tetrachloride and gasoline have little effect on the strength of the molding sand after the molding.
