摘 要:设置了5种聚羧酸减水剂掺加水平(0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.5%)和2种水胶比(0.35、0.44),对聚羧酸减水剂掺量和水胶比对低钙粉煤灰胶砂的抗折强度和抗压强度的影响进行了试验研究.研究结果表明在低钙粉煤灰胶砂中适当掺加聚羧酸减水剂,可以提高试件的抗折强度和抗压强度,聚羧酸减水剂掺量0.3%的低钙粉煤灰胶砂的力学性能较优异;水胶比对低钙粉煤灰胶砂的抗折强度和抗压强度有重要影响,试件的抗折强度和抗压强度随着水胶比的增大而降低。Five kinds of polycarboxylic acid water reducer content(0,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%and 0.5%)and two kinds of water-binder ratio(0.35 and 0.44)are considered.By the experiment of low-calcium fly ash mortar,the influences of polycarboxylic acid water reducer content and water-binder ratio on the bending strength and compressive strength of low-calcium fly ash mortar are studied.The results show that the bending strength and compressive strength of low-calcium fly ash mortar can be improved by adding moderate polycarboxylic acid water reducer.The mechanical properties of low-calcium fly ash mortar with 0.3%polycarboxylic acid water reducer are excellent.The water-binder ratio has important influence on the bending strength and compressive strength of low-calcium fly ash mortar.The bending strength and compressive strength of low-calcium fly ash mortar decrease with the increase of water-binder ratio.
