摘 要:就玻璃粉对掺矿粉混凝土和掺粉煤灰混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性的影响进行了对比研究.试验结果表明,玻璃粉以1/4质量比例复掺进入矿粉混凝土和粉煤灰混凝土,直到矿粉掺量达到40%以及粉煤灰掺量达到32%,在56 d龄期以后,可以提高两种混凝土抗压强度.但玻璃粉对两种混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响并不相同,在矿粉混凝土系统中,玻璃粉的掺入,除28 d在60%矿粉掺量和15%玻璃粉掺量时使混凝土电通量和DRCM较单掺60%矿粉提高外,所有配合比从28~90 d复掺玻璃粉和矿粉混凝土比单掺矿粉混凝土具有更低的电通量和DRCM.而玻璃粉和粉煤灰复掺混凝土中,随玻璃粉的掺入,从28~90 d粉煤灰掺加量不超过32%时,复掺玻璃粉和粉煤灰混凝土均比单掺粉煤灰混凝土具有更高的DRCM或只是在90 d少量降低了电通量.说明玻璃粉对矿粉混凝土较粉煤灰混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能具有更好的促进作用。The influence of waste soda lime glass powder(GP)on the chloride penetration resistance of fly ash(FA)blended and that on ground granulated blastfurnace slag(GGBS)blended concrete was compared.It is shown that the compressive strength of both GGBS blended concrete and FA blended concrete was enhanced by co-blending GP with the ratio of GGBS/GP and FA/GP as 4/1 till the replacement of GGBS and FA reached 40%and 32%after the age of 56 d respectively.However,the influence of GP on the chloride penetration resistance of FA blended concrete and GGBS blended concrete was tested to be different.Total charge passed and DRCM of GGBS/GP composite blended concrete was determined to be smaller than those of corresponding GGBS blended concrete from 28 d till 90 d at varied GGBS replacements except for 60%GGBS at 28 d.Total charge passed and DRCM of FA/GP composite blended concrete,however,was determined to be higher than those of corresponding FA blended concrete at replacements and ages except that the total charge passed FA/GP doped concrete showed marginal decrease compared to that of FA doped concrete at 90 d.Accordingly,GP was more effective to enhance the chloride penetration resistance of GGBS blended concrete than that of FA blended concrete.
