摘 要:玻化微珠保温混凝土能够实现混凝土结构的自保温,但玻化微珠的掺入致使混凝土的基本力学性能发生一定程度的改变.考察了强度等级和试件形状对玻化微珠保温混凝土单轴受压应力-应变关系的影响.设计了圆柱体和棱柱体两种形状的玻化微珠保温混凝土试件,每种形状试件设计5种强度等级.开展单轴受压试验,以考察试件形状和强度等级对受压应力的应力-应变全曲线、应力-应变无量纲关系拟合参数、峰值应变和泊松比的影响.研究结果表明,玻化微珠保温混凝土的应力-应变曲线具有尺寸效应;随着强度等级的提高,保温混凝土应力-应变曲线上升段和下降段变陡,脆性增加,其峰值应力和峰值应变越来越接近.最后得出了保温混凝土棱柱体和圆柱体应力-应变关系拟合曲线的拟合计算式和保温混凝土的建议泊松比.研究结果可以为玻化微珠保温混凝土研究提供技术和支持。Thermal insulation concrete with glazed hollow beads(TIC)can achieve self-insulation of concrete structures.But the incorporation of glazed hollow beads results in a certain degree of change in the basic mechanical properties of the concrete.The effect of strength grade and test piece shape on the uniaxial compression stress-strain relationship of TIC was investigated,the cylindrical bead and prismatic two types of TIC were designed,and five strength grades were designed for each type of test piece.Perform uniaxial compression test,the effect of the shape and strength grade of the test block on the stress-strain curves of the compressive stress,the stress-strain non-dimensional relationship fitting parameters,the peak strain and the Poisson′s ratio were investigated.The results show that,the stress-strain curve of the TIC has a size effect.As the strength grade increases,the rising and falling sections of the TIC stress-strain curve become steeper,the brittleness increases,and the peak stress and the peak strain are closer and closer.Finally,the fitting formula of the fitting curve of the stress-strain relationship between the TIC prism and the cylinder and the recommended Poisson′s ratio of the TIC are obtained.The results of this study can provide technical and support for the research of TIC.
