摘 要:通过实验探讨了将化学镀银、电镀铜、碱性化学镀铜及酸性化学镀铜技术用于显现不锈钢表面油潜指印的可行性,发现只有酸性化学镀铜能获得高对比度的显现效果。考察了酸性化学镀铜时间和温度对显现效果的影响。结果表明,对于以硫酸铜为主盐,N?羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸为配位剂,次磷酸钠为还原剂的酸性化学镀铜溶液,在70°C下反应300 s时显现效果最佳。The feasibility of visualization of latent greasy fingerprints on stainless steel surface by electroless silver plating,copper electroplating,as well as alkaline and acidic electroless copper plating was studied experimentally.It was found that only acidic electroless copper plating was feasible to provide a high-contract visualization.The effects of reaction temperature and time on the visualization of latent greasy fingerprints were examined.The results showed that the optimal reaction temperature and time were 70°C and 300 s respectively when using an acidic electroless copper plating bath based on copper sulfate with N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine-N,N′,N′-triacetic acid as complexing agent and sodium hypophosphite as reducing agent.
