摘 要:针对一例电镀光亮镍结晶粗糙和发脆问题,对包含光亮剂、金属杂质、环境杂质、镀液pH和温度在内的多种可能因素进行逐一分析和排查。结果显示,本次故障的产生主要与次级光亮剂过量、铁杂质混入及周围环境杂质污染有关。提出了如下处理措施:采用活性炭吸附法除去过量的次级光亮剂;采用高锰酸钾氧化法和活性炭吸附法除去铁杂质;采用精细过滤法除去固体颗粒和油污。Aiming at the problems of rough crystal formation and embrittlement of electroplated nickel coatings,several related factors including brightener,metal impurities,environmental impurities,bath pH,and temperature were analyzed and checked respectively.The results showed that the failure was mainly caused by excessive amount of secondary brightener,accumulation of iron impurity,and contamination of environmental impurities.Some countermeasures were given as follows:removing the excessive secondary brightener by activated carbon adsorption;removing the iron impurity by potassium permanganate oxidation and activated carbon adsorption;and removing the solid particles and greasy dirt by fine filtration.
