摘 要:以甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为基料,白炭黑为填料,羟基硅油为结构控制剂,选用氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、氮系阻燃填料、磷氮阻燃填料制得4种热硫化(HTV)阻燃硅橡胶。研究了4种无卤阻燃填料对热硫化阻燃硅橡胶阻燃性能、机械性能和硫化特性的影响,并通过热失重分析初步探讨了HTV硅橡胶的阻燃机理。结果表明,垂直燃烧阻燃级别达到FV-0时,采用磷氮为阻燃填料的硅橡胶的垂直燃烧时间最短,力学强度最好,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度分别为6. 43 MPa、408%、16. 5 k N/m,而采用氢氧化铝为阻燃填料的硅橡胶的氧指数最高,可达到45%;4种阻燃HTV硅橡胶中,采用氮系阻燃填料的硅橡胶硫化速度最慢;热失重测试结果表明,采用氢氧化镁为阻燃填料的硅橡胶具有较好的热稳定性。The flame-retardant high temperature vulcanized( HTV) silicone rubber was prepared with the addition of Al( OH)3,Mg( OH)2,nitrogen containing flame-retardant filler and phosphorus-nitrogen containing flame-retardant filler,respectively. The effects of the four halogen-free flame retardant fillers on the flame retardancy,mechanical properties,curing characteristics and thermal stability of the rubber were investigated by TGA. The flame retardant mechanism of HTV silicone rubber with the four above-mentioned fillers was also studied. Results show that when the vertical flame retardant properties of all the rubbers meet grade FV-0,the vertical combustion time of the flame-retardant HTV silicone rubber modified by phosphorusnitrogen containing flame-retardant filler was the shortest,the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength were 6. 43 MPa,408% and 16. 5 kN/m,respectively. The oxygen index of the flame-retardant HTV silicone rubber modified by Al( OH)3 was 45%,higher than the others. Among the four kinds of the flame-retardent HTV silicone rubber,the silicone rubber modified by nitrogen containing flame-retardant filler has the lowest curing speed. TGA results indicate that the flame-retardant HTV silicone rubber modified by Mg( OH)2 has good thermal aging stability.
