气相法白炭黑比表面积及用量对热硫化硅橡胶耐热性的影响

摘　　要：以不同种类气相法白炭黑(LM-150、M-5、H-5、EH-5)为填料,研究了其比表面积和用量对热硫化硅橡胶耐热老化性及热稳定性的影响。结果表明,LM-150、M-5、H-5、EH-5对硅橡胶老化前后拉伸强度的影响趋势基本相同,硅橡胶的耐热老化性能均随着气相法白炭黑用量增加先升后降,且以用量为40~45份最佳;在一定范围内,硅橡胶的耐热老化性能随着白炭黑比表面积的增大先提高后降低;硅橡胶的热稳定性随着白炭黑比表面积的增大而先升后降。The effect of four types of fumed silica with different specific surface area and amounts on the heat resistance of high temperature vulcanized(HTV)silicone rubber were discussed.Results showed that the thermal resistance of the fumed silica(LM-150,M-5,H-5 and EH-5)was increasing with the increasing of silica,on the heat-resistant aging performance of silicone rubber,and then decreasing.The silicone rubber has the good heat ageing performance with 40~45 phr.Within a certain range,the heat aging resistance and the thermal stability of silicone rubber is increased first and then decreased with the increase of specific surface area of silica.
