摘 要:探讨了不同压缩量下泡沫硅橡胶的长期应力松弛效应,以及泡沫硅橡胶经加速老化后应力松弛性能的变化。结果表明,湿和热对泡沫硅橡胶的影响不同,湿气对G型样品的应力松驰性能影响较大,而热因素对H型样品的应力松驰性能影响较大;泡沫硅橡胶经老化后,压缩应力偏转呈下降趋势,而H型样品在加速老化后的压缩应力偏转出现断层式下降;若将加速老化前后的应力松弛实验看作一个长期过程,则G型样品在压缩量为40%时应力松弛率达到最优值,且在不同压缩量下,应力松驰率均小于50%,而H型样品的应力松弛率随压缩量的增加呈上升趋势,且均大于50%。The long-term stress relaxation effect of foamable silicone rubber with different compression amounts were discussed,and the change of stress relaxation property of the rubber after accelerated aging was investigated. Results show that moisture and heat will affect the property of the foamable silicone rubber. The moisture has a greater impact on the stress relaxation properties of sample G,while the heat has a greater impact on the stress relaxation properties of sample H. The compression stress deflection of the aged foamable silicone rubber shows a downward trend,while the compression stress deflection of sample H shows a fault-type decrease after accelerated aging. If the stress relaxation test is regarded as a long-term process,the stress relaxation rate of sample G reaches a optimal value when the compression is 40%,and under different compression,the stress relaxation rate is less than 50%,while the stress relaxation rate of sample H shows an upward trend,with 50% increase of the compression.
