摘　　要：为实现弹性生产,应对矿产品市场波动和气候对露天作业的影响,露天矿外包生产方式正越来越广泛运用。结合外包生产实践,总结了外包生产常见的几种方式,分析了外包生产过程中的危险倾向及风险管控,强化安全生产主体责任,提高外包生产经营监管能力。In order to realize flexible production and cope with the fluctuation of mineral products market and the impact of climate on open-pit operations,open-pit mining outsourcing production methods are being used more and more widely.combined with on the practice of outsourcing production,this paper summarizes several common methods of outsourcing production,analyzes the dangerous tendency and risk control in the process of outsourcing production,strengthens the subject responsibility of production safety,and improves the ability of supervision and management of outsourcing production.
