摘  要:传统的页岩气田地面流程,尽管可以有效解决水合物堵塞问题,但在气田安全生产、绿色经济开发等方面暴露出诸多问题。井下节流技术可以有效简化地面流程,减小投资成本,降低地面试气安全风险,确保现场安全,但由于地质条件及气液产出规律等因素影响,尚未在国内外页岩气田中推广应用。通过分析井下节流技术在平桥南区高压页岩气井中的适用条件,对比该技术应用前后单井气量、压力变化情况,明确了井下节流器的下入深度、孔径及下入时机,证明该项技术不但可以有效避免平桥南区高压页岩气井生产前期水合物形成,而且可以大幅降低井口及地面管线压力,简化地面流程,具有显著的经济价值和良好的应用前景。Although the traditional surface process of shale gas field can effectively solve the problem of hydrate blockage,there are still many other problems such as safety production and green economy development existing in gas fields.The downhole throttling-technology can simplify the ground flow,lower the cost of investment,reduce the risk of gas test on the ground,and ensure on-site safety.However,due to the influence of geological conditions and the production rule of gas and liquid,it has not been applied in shale gas fields at home and abroad.By analyzing the applicable conditions of downhole throttling technology in high-pressure shale gas wells in south block of Pingqiao area,and comparing changes of gas volume and pressure before and after the application of this technology for single well,and the downhole depth,aperture and downflow time of downhole throttling were clarified.The results proved that this technology could not only effectively avoid the formation of hydrates in the high-pressure shale gas wells in south block of Pingqiao area,but also significantly reduce the pressure of the wellhead and the ground pipeline,simplify the ground flow,and have significant economic value and good application prospects.
