摘  要:以变压器容量和电动汽车电池限制作为约束条件,以电动汽车用户充放电成本最低和电网负荷方差最小作为目标函数,构建了电动汽车在V2G(车辆到电网)模式下的充放电控制模型,分别制定电动汽车无序充电、基于分时电价的无序充电和电动汽车优化充电模型,在比较分析的基础上,提出V2G模式下的电动汽车有序充放电控制模型的设计方法。基于Lingo软件完成仿真验证,仿真结果表明:与其它3种充电模型相比,所提出的控制模型可进一步起到减少用户充放电费用和减小电网负荷方差的作用。The transformer capacity and EV battery limit are taken as constraints and the minimum charge and discharge cost of electric vehicle users and grid load variance are set as the objective functions to construct electric vehicles charging and discharging control model under V2G(vehicle to grid)mode and propose electric vehicle uncoordinated charging model,uncoordinated charging model based on time-of-use electricity price and optimized charging model.By comparison and analysis,a design method for coordinated EV charging and discharging control model is proposed.The result of Lingo simulation shows that the proposed control model can reduce charging and discharging cost and gird load variance in contrast with other three charging models.
