摘 要:碳纤维复合芯导线JLRX1/F2A-400/50在提高载流量及降低杆塔荷载方面具有明显优势,但其较小的外径对导线表面场强产生不利影响。为使导线表面场强尽量小、场强分布尽量均匀,限制电晕放电和无线电干扰,本文利用ANSYS软件建立有限元仿真模型,系统研究了子导线按正方形、梯形及椭圆形(分竖式、横式)布置时,子导线的表面场强及场强的不均匀程度,最终确定了子导线最佳布置方案。研究表明,与传统的正方形布置方案相比,梯形方案并无优势,而长短轴比例为1.05的竖式椭圆布置为最优方案。The new type carbon fiber composite conductor JLRX1/F2A-400/50 has obvious advantages in carrying capacity and tower load,but its smaller outer diameter makes a negative effect on the distribution of surface field strength.In order to make the wire surface electric filed more welldistributed,and limit corona and radio interference,the ANSYS is used to establish simulation model.Each sub-conductor surface electric field strength and the uneven distribution of electric field are researched,in case of the sub conductor in the square,trapezoidal and oval(vertical and horizontal division)layout.Ultimately,the optimal layout scheme of sub conductor is determined.Research in this paper shows that,compared with traditional square,trapezoidal scheme has no advantage,and the sub-conductor optimal arrangement scheme is arranged at the vertical ellipse,which long and short axis ratio of ellipse is 1.05.
