摘  要:设计了基于单片机技术的汽车底盘测功机试验台检测系统,介绍了底盘测功机试验台的具体工作原理,并系统介绍上位机与试验台间的数据采集和数据通信过程等设计,在Visual Basic环境下,实现上位机与单片机间的数据传输,完成了对底盘输出功率的检测,升级改造了检测系统,实际检测结果表明本设计方案实用性较高,可满足汽车检测任务的要求。This paper completed the design of the testing system for the chassis dynamometer test bed based on single chip technology.It mainly introduces the specific working principle of the chassis dynamometer test rig,and systematically discusses the data acquisition and data communication between the host computer and the test platform and so on.In the environment of Visual Basic,the upper computer is realized to transfer the data from the single chip computer.The inspection of the output power of the chassis is completed and the detection system is upgraded.The actual test results show that the design scheme is more practical and can meet the requirements of the vehicle detection task.
