摘　　要：随着医疗大数据技术的不断发展,各级医疗卫生机构纷纷建设大数据中心,从而要求各医院上传医疗数据的量也日益增加,构建院内医疗数据上传平台的需求变得十分必要。在分析当前医疗数据上传需求和存在的问题的基础上,结合医院信息化系统建设现状,提出了医疗数据上传平台建设的数据上传方式,从建设思路、架构设计、数据处理3个方面探讨了平台的构建工作。医疗数据上传平台的建设有效地降低了医院业务系统的压力,提高了数据上传的效率和质量,为医院信息化工作的发展提供了有力的保障。With the continuous development of medical big data technology,the number of big data centers at all levels of medical and health institutions is increasing.The demand for medical data uploading by hospitals and building medical data uploading platforms in hospitals are also increasing.Based on the analysis of the medical data uploading needs and existing problems,combined with the current situation of hospital information system construction,the data uploading method of medical data uploading platform construction is proposed.The construction of the platform is explored from construction ideas,architecture design and data processing.The construction of the medical data uploading platform has effectively reduced the pressure on the hospital business system,improved the efficiency and quality of data uploading,and provided a powerful guarantee for the development of hospital information work.
