摘 要:近年来,BIM技术在我国受到了高度关注,应用于建筑工程行业并彰显了其巨大的商业价值,尤其是在2015年住房和城乡建设部发布了《关于推进建筑信息模型应用的指导意见》之后,行业各领域、各部门相继发布政策文件,要求大力推进BIM技术在建设全过程的集成应用,以及应用BIM技术为工程咨询、监理、造价等相关领域业务提升提供保障。然而,建筑企业构建BIM技术应用环境耗费巨大,本研究成果可以协助企业快速构建企业级BIM模型库,建立BIM技术应用基础,助力建筑企业快速走上数字化转型升级之路。In recent years,Building Information Modeling(BIM)has attracted great attention in China.It has been applied in the construction industrywith huge commercial value.Especially after the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued Guidelines on Promoting the Application of Building Information Modeling in 2015,policy documents have been issued successively in various fields and departments of the industry,which are required to vigorously promote the integrated application of BIM in the whole process of construction,as well as to provide guarantee for business promotion in engineering consultation,supervision,cost evaluation and other related fields.However,it is very costly for construction enterprises to build BIM application environment.The results of this study can help enterprises quickly build enterprise-level BIM database and BIM application foundation,as well as help construction enterprises quickly embark on the road of digital transformation and upgrading.
