摘 要:早期系统设计分析和故障消除在迭代设计过程中是非常重要的一环,可以有效减少后期系统开发阶段的昂贵维护成本。针对概念设计阶段的复杂系统,提出了一种在线监测系统的早期设计分析方法。该方法先定义OLM设计迭代过程的终止标准,再建立所研究系统的ISFA模型,对各种组件故障的传播路径进行仿真分析,提取能够区分各个故障的特征,最后测试该OLM设计的检测和诊断能力,进行优化设计。通过该方法研究可获得包括其具体系统在引入各种故障后所产生的行为数据库,应添加的传感器数量和类型,最适合布置传感器的位置,能有效检测故障的信息,故障预防措施和系统维护计划等。The early system design analysis and fault elimination was an important step in the iterative design process,which can effectively reduce expensive maintenance costs in the later system development phase.Aimed at the complex system during the conceptual design phase,an early stage online monitoring system design analyzing method was proposed.Firstly the method defined the acceptance criteria for the proposed OLM design,then constructed the ISFA model of the system under study,fault propagation paths of various components were simulated,extracted features can allow us distinguish each fault,finally the detection and diagnosis capabilities of the OLM design were tested,and an optimization plan was proposed.The final OLM design configuration result should include a database of behaviors of the specific system when it was subjected to various faults,additional sensors quantity and type,the most fitting placing location of sensors,the information required for effective fault detection,the preventive measures and the system maintenance plan.
