高品质二氧化硒新产品低成本制备工艺的研究

摘　　要：针对传统粗硒生产二氧化硒产品制备工艺流程长、生产成本高及小型间断式氧化炉生产效率低、成本高、产品质量不稳定的缺点,开展了以粗硒为原料直接连续低成本制备高品质二氧化硒新产品工艺及其配套设备研究。试验研究了使用氧化炉生产二氧化硒的最佳工艺技术条件,并开发了大型连续氧化炉。试验分析表明,该工艺及研发的配套装备对原料的适应性较强,工艺流程短,克服了传统工艺产品颜色发红、氧化不完全、晶形难以控制的缺点,实现了低成本、高效率、连续生产高品质二氧化硒。In view of the problems of long preparation process flow and high production cost of selenium dioxide product produced by the traditional crude selenium;low production efficiency,high cost and unstable product quality of the small intermittent oxidation furnace,etc.,the paper studies the equipment and process of preparing new high quality selenium dioxide product in a direct,continuous and low cost mode,taking crude selenium as raw materials.The test analysis shows that the process and its supporting equipment have strong adaptability to raw materials,short process flow,and overcome the shortcomings of traditional process products such as reddish color,incomplete oxidation and uncontrollable crystalline form,realize continuous large-scale production of selenium dioxide,greatly improve the production efficiency of selenium dioxide,reduce the cost of production and processing,and improve production capacity and product quality.
