摘  要:为了充分回收利用电子废料冶炼烟灰中的锡,研究了准确测定冶炼烟灰样品中锡的方法:将电子废料冶炼烟灰样品采用盐酸和硝硫混酸进行溶解,使其中的锡元素转化成可溶性氯化物,避免了锡的损失,再用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定锡含量。经过精密度试验,相对标准偏差(RSD)(n=9)为0.85%~1.98%,加标回收率在95.39%~99.28%,证明该方法方便简单、灵敏度高,能有效地满足电子废料冶炼烟灰样品中锡的分析测定。In order to fully recover and utilize tin in the smelting fume with electronic waste,a method for accurate determination of tin in the smelting fume sample was studied.The samples of electronic waste smelting soot were dissolved by hydrochloric acid and mixed acid of nitrate and sulphur to dissolve the tin element into soluble chloride,thus avoiding the loss of tin and using inductive coupling.The tin content was determined by plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The relative standard deviation(RSD)(n=9)is 0.85%~1.98%and the recovery rate is 95.39%~99.28%.It is proved that the method is convenient,simple and sensitive,and can effectively satisfy the analysis and determination of tin in ash samples from electronic waste smelting.
