摘　　要：浓密机在选矿厂、湿法冶炼厂中的应用极为广泛,主要用于浸出液和废水处理等需要固液分离的工艺中。结合刚果(金)某大型尾矿复垦项目的工程应用实例,重点分析了浓密机提耙、降耙、正转、反转、报警及液压马达(含冷却风扇)等执行机构的联锁控制逻辑。Thickeners are widely used in concentrators and Hydrometallurgical plants.They are mainly used in leaching liquor and wastewater treatment processes requiring solid-liquid separation.Based on the engineering application of a large-scale tailings reclamation project in the Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC),this paper mainly analysis the interlocking control logic of the Thickener including rake raise,rake lower,forward,reverse,alarm and hydraulic motor(cooling fan).
