摘  要:为了缩短燃气灶研发周期,降低研发成本,进一步提高燃气灶的性能,以分体式多点直喷燃烧器为研究对象,以甲烷为燃料,研究了分气盘铝座的结构对燃烧器内部流场的影响。模拟结果表明,这种分体式多点直喷的燃烧器的性能与铝座的深度,及二次空气补充通道有关,其最佳结构为偏心矩形,且铝座深度为11 mm时。In order to shorten the research and development cycle of gas stoves,reduce the research and development costs,and further improve the performance of gas stoves,the split-type multi-point direct-injection burner was taken as the research object,and methane was used as fuel to study the structure of the gas-distribution aluminum seat to the internal flow of the burner.The impact of the field.The simulation results show that the performance of this split multi-point direct injection burner is related to the depth of the aluminum seat and the secondary air replenishing channel.The optimal structure is eccentric rectangle and the aluminum seat depth is 11 mm.
