摘　　要：本文采用国际通用的、基于科学产出力分析的文献计量学方法,以《科学引文索引(扩展版)》(Science Citation Index Expanded,SCIE)数据库为信息源,对被其收录的2017年新疆任意作者的论文进行系统的统计分析.通过对作者、机构、主要发文期刊、学科领域、合作国家机构分布等数据的分析研究,揭示科学生产组织结构、交流活动、学术水平及其发展变化规律,为科技管理部门提供决策参考.Adopting the bibliometric analysis,and taking Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE)as the statistical sources,this paper makes comprehensive statistical analysis of SCIE-covered papers during 2017 in Xinjiang,from eight aspects:authors distribution,institutions distribution,literature languages distribution,main journals distribution,literature types distribution,subjects distribution,main co-operation countries(regions)and institutions distribution.It will provide bases of decision making for decision-making section and scientific research management institutions to condense the subject development targets and formulate the sci-tech development plan in consonant.
