摘  要:高速公路服务区燃煤锅炉淘汰和清洁取暖改造是交通系统节能的重要组成部分,通过阜平服务区“煤改电”清洁采暖改造的对比研究和实践,分别采用超低温空气源热泵和蓄联热泵技术进行清洁采暖改造,并监测记录了运行数据。常规的低温空气源热泵受自身条件限制,低环温运行时能效比低、运行费用高,且不能满足末端暖气片高温供水的要求,室内采暖效果不佳。蓄联热泵通过热泵和蓄能技术的双级耦合,实现了60℃稳定供水温度、室内温度达22℃、运行能耗较低,在极端低温环境下具备供暖保障性,节能环保效果突出。通过清洁采暖方式的探索和实践,希望能为交通系统推进节能减排、大气污染防治起到一定的借鉴和示范作用。The elimination of coal-fired boilers and the transformation of clean heating in expressway service area are importarrt parts of energy saving in transportation system.Through the comparative research and practice of the transformation of clean heating from coal to electricity in Fuping service area,air source heat pump and energy adaptive coupling heat pump system are respectively used for the transformation of clean heating,and the operation data dre monitored.Conventional air source heat pumps are limited by their own conditions.When the ambient temperdture is low,the energy efficiency ratio is low and the operation cost is high,they can not meet the r equirements of heating panels and the indo or heating effect is not good.The Energy adaptive coupling heat pump system achieves stable water supply at 60%,indoor temperature at 22°C,and low energy consumption.It has heating guarantees in extremely low temperature environment,and has outstanding energy saving and environmental protection effects.Through the exploration and practice of clean heating mode,we hope to play a certdin reference and demonstration role for the transportation system to promote energy saving and emission reduction,air pollution prevention and control.
