摘  要:以造纸黑液提取的木质素为前驱体,柠檬酸铁(FeC6H5O7)为催化剂,在1 200℃下保温烧结2 h,再以氢氧化钾(KOH)为活化剂,在800℃下活化1.5 h制备木材陶瓷碳电极材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、氮气吸附-脱附法(BET)、恒电流充放电以及循环伏安法等考察木材陶瓷的物相构成、比表面积、孔结构以及电化学性能。结果表明,当柠檬酸铁与木质素的质量比为1∶1时,活化木质素基木材陶瓷具有良好的石墨化特性,其比表面积可达712.59 m^2/g,且孔径主要分布在1.64 nm。同时,用该木材陶瓷所制备的电极材料在无机体系(6 mol/L KOH)中比电容可达115.6 F/g,经过2 500次循环充放电之后其比电容保持率达75.2%,表现出良好的电化学性能,具有作为理想电化学电容器的电极材料的潜能。Activated woodceramics for electrode materials have been prepared from the carbonized materials of lignin extracted from black liquor with FeC 6H5O7 as catalyst at 1 200℃for 2 h and with KOH as activation agent at 800℃for 1.5 hours.The phase composition,specific surface area,pore structure and electrochemical properties of as-prepared woodceramics were performed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),N2 adsorption-desorption(BET),constant current charge and discharge,and cyclic voltammetry respectively.The results show that when the ratio of ferric citrate to lignin is 1∶1,the activated lignin-based woodceramics have good graphitization characteristics,and its specific surface area can reach 712.59 m^2/g,and the pore size is mainly distributed at 1.64 nm.The specific electrode capacitance of the electrode materials prepared in the inorganic system(6 mol/L KOH)can reach 115.6 F/g.After 2 500 cycles of charge and discharge,the specific capacitance retention rate reaches 75.2%,exhibiting good electrochemical performance and having the potential as an electrode material for an ideal electrochemical capacitor.
