摘　　要：[目的/意义]科研项目数据库为科研工作的顺利开展发挥了重要作用,构建科研项目数据库的评价体系,有利于提升科研项目数据库的服务质量和服务效率,具有重要的现实意义。[方法/过程]基于用户的角度,根据信息构建的基本框架,运用群决策层次分析法,构建了科研项目数据库的指标评价体系,选取国内3个典型的科研项目数据库进行实证研究,并对评价指标体系进行了灵敏度检验。[结果/结论]科研项目数据库的建设应以内容建设为核心,尤其是项目信息的全面性、权威性、完整性和更新速度,同时优化检索系统和改进用户服务也是提高用户体验的重要途径。通过对3个科研项目数据库的评价,指出了当前科研项目数据库存在的问题,并提出了改进的建议。[Purpose/Significance]The database of scientific research projects has played an important role in the smooth development of scientific research.Establishing the evaluation system of scientific research project database is conducive to improving the service quality and efficiency of scientific research project database,which has important practical significance.[Method/Process]From user perspective,according to the basic framework of information construction,this paper constructed an index evaluation system for the research project database using the group decision and analytic hierarchy process.Then,three domestic typical research project databases were selected for empirical research,and sensitivity test on the evaluation index system was carried out.[Result/Conclusion]The core of research project database was content construction,especially the comprehensiveness,authority,integrity and update speed of the project information.At the same time,optimizing the retrieval system and improving the user service were also important ways to improve the user experience.Through the empirical research on the three databases,this paper pointed out the problems existing in the current research project database and put forward suggestions for improvement.
