摘  要:汽轮发电机组为多跨多支撑挠性转子系统,由于各转子不对中会给机组带来一定的危害。建立双跨-三支点转子系统试验装置,试验测得双跨-三支点转子系统波德图、轴心轨迹图、频谱图、层叠图,分析子转子系统动力特性。通过调节1号轴承标高来设置转子偏角不对中故障,对比健康状态与偏角不对中试验结果得出如下结论:偏角不对中转子系统较健康转子系统临界转速有所下降;不对中会导致转子系统的1倍频明显减小,2倍频增加;偏角不对中状态下,双轴承侧转子振动峰值大于单轴承支撑侧转子振动峰值。该试验结论可指导工程实践,具有一定的实用价值。Turbo-generator set is a multi-span and multi-support flexible rotor system.The misalignment of each rotor will bring certain harm to the unit.A double-span-three-fulcrum rotor system test device is established.The Bode diagram,axis trajectory diagram,spectrum diagram and stack diagram of the rotor system are measured and the dynamic characteristics of the sub-rotor system are analyzed.By adjusting the bearing elevation of No.1 to set the rotor misalignment fault,the following conclusions are drawn from the test results of healthy state and misalignment:the critical speed of the rotor system with misalignment is lower than that of the healthy rotor system;misalignment will lead to a significant reduction of 1-fold frequency of the rotor system and an increase of 2-fold frequency;Under the condition,the vibration peak of the side bearing rotor is greater than that of the single bearing side rotor.The test conclusion can guide engineering practice and has certain practical value.
