摘 要:为了解决传统的滑压优化方法无法同时考虑夏季高背压和冬季抽汽两种工况,进而影响机组复杂变工况下的运行经济性的问题,给出了一种适用于复杂变工况条件下的空冷供热机组的滑压优化方法。根据机组纯凝工况运行数据及人工先验知识设计3组试验,从而得到3条不同工况下的滑压运行曲线,并通过对3条滑压运行曲线的后处理得到最优滑压曲线。对实际机组进行操作测试的结果表明,该方法基于完备工况的试验,不仅可以最大限度挖掘机组复杂变工况下的节能潜力,而且对不同容量和型号的机组具有通用性。该方法易于操作和实施,对进一步提高空冷供热机组变负荷运行效率有实际应用价值。In order to solve the problem that the traditional sliding pressure optimization method can not consider the two conditions of summer high back pressure and winter extraction,which affects the economical operation under complex and variable working conditions,a suitable variable operating condition is given.Sliding pressure optimization method for air-cooled heating units under conditions.According to the unit's pure coagulation working data and manual prior knowledge,three sets of tests were designed to obtain the sliding pressure running curves under three different working conditions,and the optimal sliding pressure curves were obtained by post-processing the three sliding running curves.The results of the operation test of the actual unit show that the method is based on the test of the complete working condition,which not only can maximize the energy saving potential of the excavator group under complex variable working conditions,but also has versatility for units of different capacities and models.The method is easy to operate and implement,and has practical application value for further improving the variable load operation efficiency of the air-cooled heating unit.
