摘 要:针对某型船用汽轮机速关后转速仍缓慢上升的问题,分析了导致问题发生的调节汽阀阀头泄漏原因,相应采取了减小阀头与衬套的直径间隙及增加阀头凹槽的改进措施,并进行了试验验证。数值分析及试验表明:改进方案的蒸汽泄漏量为原始方案的36.1%,且新间隙下热胀满足要求,改进措施可行有效,为解决相关问题提供了技术思路。Aiming at the problem of a certain type of marine steam turbine speed is slowly rising after fast close,analyzed the reason of regulating valve's valve head leakage which is the cause of problem.Corresponding improvement measures that diminish the diametral clearance between valve head and the bushing and increase the valve head groove were taken,and a test was carried out.The numerical analysis and experiments show that scheme improved the steam leakage reduced to 36.1%of the original,and thermal meet the requirements under the new clearance,improvement measures are feasible and effective,it providing a technical ideas to solve the related problem.
