摘 要:提出了一种由隔爆板和隔爆罩组成的新型复合隔爆结构。运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,分析有、无隔爆板和不同隔爆罩结构对复合隔爆结构抗爆能力的影响,并进行了相应的抗爆性能试验。结果表明:有、无隔爆板和隔爆罩结构对复合隔爆结构的抗爆能力有重大影响,由隔爆板和附有尼龙套的隔爆罩组成的复合隔爆结构能够更好的实现两级装药的隔爆防护。A new composite flameproof structure composed of the flameproof board and the flameproof cover was proposed.The ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software was used to analyze the influence of the flameproof board and different flameproof hood structures on the anti-explosion ability of the composite flameproof structure,and the corresponding anti-blast performance test was carried out.The results show that the presence or absence of the flameproof board and the flameproof cover structure have a significant impact on the anti-blast capability of the composite flameproof structure,the composite flameproof structure consisting of a flameproof board and a flameproof cover with a nylon sleeve can better achieve the explosion-proof protection of the two-stage charge.
