摘  要:目的探讨三磷酸腺苷(ATP)结合盒转运蛋白A1(ABCA1)非编码区(启动子区也就是基因调控区-565C/T和69C/T)单核苷酸多态性在内蒙古地区人群中的分布特点,明确它们与血脂水平以及冠心病的发生、冠状动脉病变范围和严重程度的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应限制片段长度多态性方法检测141例冠心病病人(冠心病组)和204例无冠心病病人(对照组)ABCA1基因相应片段的多态性。结果ABCA1基因的-565C/T各基因型及等位基因频率在冠心病组与对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);-565C/T TT基因型和T等位基因在冠心病单支病变组、双支病变组、多支病变组分布均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。-565C/T TT基因型和T等位基因在A型病变组、B型病变组、C型病变组分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ABCAl-565C/T基因多态性与内蒙古地区冠心病病人的遗传易感性无相关性,-565C/T TT基因型和T等位基因不增加冠心病的患病风险。但-565C/T的TT基因型和T等位基因均增加冠心病冠状动脉病变的范围和严重程度。Objective To investigate the distribution of ATP-binding cassette transporter 1(ABCA1)non-coding region(-565C/T and 69C/T)single nucleotide polymorphisms with coronary heart disease(CHD)in Inner Mongolia.Methods ABCA1 gene polymorphism in 345 patients with coronary heart disease and the control group was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP)technique.Results The distributions of-565C/T TT genotype and T allele in single vessel disease group,double vessel disease group and multi-vessel disease group of coronary heart disease showed significantly differences(P<0.05),as well as those in A,B and C type group of coronary artery lesion(P<0.05).Conclusion ABCA1-565C/T gene polymorphism was not associated with CHD in Inner Mongolia.The-565C/T TT genotype and T allele did not increase the risk of CHD and could increased the area and severity of coronary artery disease.
