摘  要:中红外2μm波段的激光,处于人眼安全和大气弱吸收带,在激光医疗美容、激光测风雷达、材料加工、气体环境检测等领域都有重要的应用价值。1.9μm激光作为2μm激光的重要泵浦源,获得高功率的1.9μm激光是很关键的。板条状激光晶体易于散热,输出功率高于块状晶体,建立板条状Tm:YAP晶体的热分布模型,模拟了晶体内部的光场分布;采用双端抽运的方式,选用输出镜透过率为T=10%、曲率半径为R=200时,获得最大输出功率为21.25W,斜率效率为25.7%,光光转换效率为25.6%,中心波长为1988nm的激光输出。Mid-infrared laser at 2-micron band is in the eye safety and atmospheric weak absorption band,and has important application value in the fields of laser medical cosmetology,laser wind radar,material processing and gas environment detection.As an important pump source for 2μm laser,it is very important to obtain a high-power 1.9μm laser.The strip laser crystal is easy to dissipate heat and the output power of it is higher than the block crystal.In this paper,the thermal distribution model of strip Tm:YAP crystal has been mainly established,and the light field distribution inside the crystal has been simulated.Dual-ended pumping method has been adopted.When the transmittance of the output mirror was T=10%and the radius of curvature is R=200,the maximum output power was 21.25w.In this case,the slope efficiency was 36.9%,the light-conversion efficiency was 25.6%,and the central wavelength was 1988nm.
